"My client of several years came to me with a request to make a couple of reports from her Access database available for her customers from their computers on demand. I'm not a web programmer so I started down the path of designing a virtual machine for her customers to log into via some remote desktop client. "It is rare I take the time to commend outstanding customer service, but in but in the case of your team, the assistance was so exceptional, it deserves my enthusiastic acknowledgement. Due to an in-house clerical error, the current version of our Access database had been replaced with an older version and substantial data had been lost. I contacted EQL on the off-chance that some of this lost data could be recovered from a previous version synchronized using EQL OnWeb. My business was at a literal stand-still until the lost data could be recovered, and I was in a state of panic. "At its inception, PAS was a local company with a single office. Our MS Access database houses a host of custom queries and reports as well as all of the client and sales data critical to our business.
