Break On All Errors

If you receive a Run Time 321813 error; 'Name Conflicts with existing module, project or object' this can be resolved as follows. In the following menu: 

Visual Basic Editor -> Tools -> Options -> General -> Error Trapping

The default is to only break on un-trapped errors, but the Microsoft kb article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/209884 shows a workaround. You will be able to fix it immediately by switching the option back to normal.

Sync hangs or is incomplete

The sync process involves the Internet and therefore a certain amount of connection variability in certain environments. Whenever a sync does not complete, the best course of action is to close the database, verify that your Internet connection is working, reopen the database, and re-attempt the sync task.

Files and Tables installed by EQL Data

The sync management process requires that the EQL Data plug in add Microsoft Access objects to your database. There will be several modules added to the module objects area and two tables added to the tables objects area. The names of all objects begin with the letters Eql. It is important that these objects not be deleted nor altered.
